Booted up the Manjaro Gnome 20.03 USB stick and already in the installer the trackpad worked.Īfter booting into the final install the trackpad was no longer running, but after updating packages and rebooting it now works like a charm (alongside everything else, including hotkeys for sund, screen brightness etc.). This time I went for Manjaro as it seems some people have the trackpad functioning on that distro. And as I now updated the bios to newest version I tried I would give it another go. Update: When I installed Windows I left enough space on the harddrive to have a linux partion next to it.
